At Deutsche Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald, he was Managing Director and Head of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology research. Ron Peddie
Ron is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in the UK renewables sector, including senior roles at major utilities and developers. An engineering graduate from Strathclyde with an MBA, he blends technical depth with strong commercial insight. Ron has led major M&A activity, secured government funding, and successfully developed and sold renewable energy businesses. His high planning consent rate reflects a strategic, informed approach. Ron continues to support projects across wind, solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps, and emerging clean technologies. He is widely recognised in the industry for his market knowledge, track record of delivery, and extensive industry network.
Andrew Keith
Andrew has 30 years of experience working in several roles for various global and regional investment banks, including Deutsche Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald. He has a large network of investor contacts ranging from specialists to generalist investors across Europe and the US. Andrew played leading roles in IPOs and conducted multiple secondary placings, advising on marketing pitches through to deal completion. At Calvine, he is responsible for research distribution and investor introduction for client companies. Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an MBA.

Graeme has a strong 25-year track record in fund management and equity research, having held senior positions at four leading institutions in the UK and Ireland. He has been involved in multiple IPOs and fundraises. Graeme has experience that stretches across UK, European and Global financial markets. He specialises in the built environment and, between 2016 and 2024, built his reputation as one of the leading sector analysts in the City. Graeme advises clients in the sustainables sector and focuses on how to maximise shareholder value and secure equity capital investment.
